The BCD entries coding is taken into account only as the multiplexing change.
It is necessary to enter always the BCD level then only the encoding multiplex number

The mutiplexing can be send without maximale rate, but need to be hold while 300 milliseconds. The data need to be hold before multiplexing while 100 milliseconds.
24 volts direct current power supply 600 ma
BCD entrires and the multiplexing at potential 24 volts for the level 1 and and need to be at potential 0 volt for level 0.

BCD entrires and the multiplexing at potential 24 volts for the level 1 and and need to be at potential 0 volt for level 0.

it is possible to command the levels "1" by a 5volts tension à + 24 volts
for this puts résistances de 470 et 2 watts between entrées and the ground point ( broche 9). without tension on the entrées they were on potential zero "0".
